Brighton and Hove Community Reporters report on Refugee Week

The Brighton and Hove Community Reporters have covered the recent Refugee Week aimed at celebrating and raising awareness of refugees in our society.

The event was part of the national Refugee Week and took place in June 2010.

They have attended parties, exhibitions, displays and a picnic. Here are some of the stories our reporters came back with.

The event was interesting to cover as it gave our reporters the chance to try out their new skills while uncovering the many issues affecting refugees in the city.
